Probiotics

I need to take probiotics. I want to find some really good brand. Do you take? If so what do you take? In my case yogurt alone is not enough, I need more probiotics than that.

Thanks!

I just saw your comment over at my page. Fortunately, I don't have a cursing problem, BUT.... as you can see, I have others. LOL.

I found some good probiotic juice at Chuck's Produce in my town. It is called Good Belly. It was a little spendy, but it was really, really good!

Amy D,
Thanks. They sell these at my local Wholefoods and I have a coupon (got it off there website) so tomorrow I am going to get some.
I appreciate the comment.

Primal Defense is an excellent probiotic, too. Not cheap, either, but i have found it to work well.

I've also used some greens i got at Dr Ben Kim's that work well.

I mix the greens with water first thing in the morning. You might find them more palatable with juice. I also sometimes mix it with the vitamin C areola powder he has available on his site:

We really like the NSI (Nutraceutical Sciences Institute) brand. We purchase from Vitacost.com. In fact every product by NSI we have been very happy with. Vitacost also always has free shipping deals. One of my favorite places to shop for health and beauty items. The product reviews are really helpful too. Kathy

Hi! Just bought two weeks worth of the GoodBelly stuff. It was about $15 (it was on sale at Wholefoods plus I had $6 off with coupons.) $1 a day isn't too bad if it helps.

I also ordered two brands of pills from Amazon.

I want to try a few different brands to see what works best for me.
