Congrats on the house, that's very exciting!
And… I'm really not trying to be judgmental, rude, or anything here, and if you feel uncomfortable answering I understand, but can I ask how you could afford the downpayment?
I will be posting on some of the financial stuff with the house soon; but for now am just enjoying this exciting event in my life.
